Raleys Shopping Center "Anatolia Marketplace"
- 80% Leased by Major Retail Stores
- Start Construction in 2007
Fire Station - Approved on May 15th
- Interim Station Open Fall of 2006
- The Interim Station will consist of a one engine company. Which includes 3 people (24/7)
- Permanent Station Open Fall of 2007
- When the permanent station is in place an addition four person truck and two person medic/ambulance will be added to the one person engine company for a total of nine people.
- The permanent station has been designed to minimize noise by having mainly commercial property in the land behind the station.
- The permanent station will have an attractive design and rich landscaping and should be a great addition to its community.
- The permanent station will also have a community meeting room with a capacity of 25 people. It will be for the use of non-profit organizations, meetings, elections, and similar gatherings of people.
Clubhouse- Scheduled for Grand Opening Aug. 15th
Bike Trail - Construction already underway
Parks - Construction to start for 3 of the 4 parks by late Summer 2006
- The largest Park is still in Planning and expected to be completed in 2007
Schools - The elementary school that is under construction in the Anatolia area is scheduled to open for the 2007-2008 school year. It will be located at 4075 Anatolia Drive. The school has not been named yet, but we will post the name on our website when it is available.
- For the 2006-2007 school year students will register at the following schools

- High (12 only): Sheldon High School, 8333 Kingsbridge Drive, Sacramento, CA 95829. Phone: (916) 681-7500
- Second Elementary School is still in the planning phase and is pending on the number of residents; there is no set construction date
Roads - Sunrise from Douglas to the end of Anatolia schedule to be completed by end of the year
- Main entrance to Anatolia scheduled to be completed by end of June
Landscaping- Landscaping has begun on the community and will continue through the completion of Anatolia
